The problem is, I haven't exercised in 3 years when I was the top runner at my school and exceeded in three seasons of soccer and two of basketball. Now I'm completely out of shape and struggle to run. I'm 15 but stopped growing so I was wandering if it would be the proper time to start weight lifting.
