Ingredients
- ½ cup raw oats
- 2 tbsp chia seed
- 1⅓ cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 whole banana
- 1⅓ cup almond milk or water
- Agave syrup or maple syrup to taste
Instructions
- Combine raw oats, chia seed, almond milk in a bowl. Place in fridge overnight.
- Place blueberries, soaked oats, banana, additional almond milk and sweetener in blender. Blend until smooth
