Grape Berry Protein Shake

1 teaspoon dry chia seeds
What You’ll Need

2 scoops DailyBurn Fuel Shake Blendin vanilla
1 ½ cups seedless red or purple grapes
1/2 cup blueberries
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
1/2 cup water 

What to Do

  1. Combine ingredients and blend until smooth.
